A Franco-Japanese friendship lunch

Last week, Master Wang-Genh was invited to lunch by Mr Uchida, Consul General of Japan in Strasbourg, who had visited us several times at the temple. It was a very pleasant occasion... and delicious!

It was also an opportunity to meet François and Betty Jeker, bonsai specialists and enthusiasts of Japanese culture. We will organise a visit to the temple with them in August or September to take care of the many bonsai trees we recently inherited and to exchange ideas about our respective practices.
(PS: as the Consul receives gifts every day, we made him a basket of vegetables from the garden and aromatic herbs... not forgetting the elderflower syrup!)
