Gyoji avec Maître Wang-Genh au Temple Zen de La Gendronnière

Last week, a few of us residents of Ryumonji joined Master Wang-Genh at the Gendronnière Zen Temple for a period of Gyoji (daily life), with the main ambitious project being to repaint the rooms adjacent to the temple’s large kitchen (preparation room, tenzo’s office, dishwashing area, corridor, etc.), a project brilliantly led by the monk Florent Hogen Martinez.
 

In the afternoons, following the second session of zazen, Master Wang Genh gave teachings on the Fukanzazengi from master Dogen.
