The Dharma Wheel

In January 2025, a magnificent Dharma Wheel, Dharmacakra, was installed on the facade of the monastery's new dojo. It's a unique piece, made by local craftsmen using different types of tree: oak for the wheel, pao rosa for the spokes, padouk for the lotus flowers and dibetou for the corollas. The overall design was created by Vincent Frossard (Atelier Kutsch). The parts were machined by expert Christian Colling.
 

Vincent was also involved in the creation of the meditation path, which is currently being finalised, with the installation of simple yet aesthetically pleasing information panels in the temple gardens and in the buildings.
 

The dharma wheel, a symbol of the unfolding teachings, now sits on the pediment of the dojo, both discreet and radiant.
