Our modern lives lack calm and serenity. In addition to our intensive or themed retreats, you can come to the temple for a ‘Daily Life-Gyoji’ retreat throughout the year. A complete immersion in the daily life of a Buddhist monastery.

Throughout your stay, you'll be accompanied as you discover the secrets of Zen meditation and meditation in action, at the heart of everyday life. 

Beginners are welcome and will be given a special welcome.
