Moine sur la terrasse Temple zen France

Online sesshin - 13 -15 November

In these difficult times for all, let us continue to practice together. We suggest that you follow all the sesshin from your home: zazen, ceremonies, ritual meals, teachings, questions and answers.

Continue your practice with us on ZEN ONLINE !

Each month Master Reigen Wang-Genh directs retreats ranging from three to nine days in length. These retreats are open to everyone; for both beginners and ordained people alike, sesshins are an opportunity to delve into the heart of Soto Zen. This experience allows participants to experience a practice that has been transmitted through the centuries which affects all aspects of daily life.

Sesshins are comprised of four sessions of zazen - seated meditation - per day, divided by samu - communal work -, silent meals, and cermonies.

Master Wang-Genh gives lectures on various themes. It is also possible to ask him questions by e-mail which he will answer during the mondo - questions and answers.

In order to put you fully in the spirit of the sesshin, you are asked to register formally.

You will then receive all the practical information and the procedure to follow.

This sesshin is of course free.

But the temple would be very grateful if you would consider to make a gift. Indeed, during this period when all activities are suspended, the operating costs, they do not stop.
