"Discovering Zen" preparation from 10 to 13 August

-

Our modern lives lack calm and serenity. This "Discover Zen" week will give you a complete immersion in the daily life of a Zen monastery.

Step by step, day by day, you'll be accompanied as you discover Zen meditation and meditation in action, at the heart of everyday life.

The formal teachings will be given by Master Olivier Reigen Wang-Genh, a practitioner of Buddhism for over 50 years. Discussions with participants are planned, and individual interviews are available on request.

The meditation sessions will be of suitable length for beginners.

Each day will include a body practice to prepare for zazen: stretching, work on the fascias, yoga asanas to help you get into the zazen posture.
