Sesshin from 24th to 26th of June
Come and practice with us for this three-day sesshin!
This sesshin is open to all, beginners and advanced alike, and is an opportunity to dive into the heart of Sôtô zen, experiencing a practice passed down through the centuries permeating all aspects of daily life.
We will do 4 sessions of zazen - sitting meditation - per day, interspersed with samu (Volunteer activity for the community), silent meals and ceremonies.
Master Wang-Genh gives teachings on different themes. There will be opportunities to ask him questions in individual talks - dokusan - or in assembly - mondo. It is also possible to ask him questions by email which he will answer during the mondo.
The sesshin will take place June 24 to 26. Arrival on Thursday June 23 at 5pm. Introductory conference scheduled for around 7pm. Departure on Sunday June 26 after lunch.
We continue to ensure health safety at the temple.
