Sesshin in silence from September 2 to 4

The sesshin in silence is coming to an end at the monastery. For two and a half days, practitioners were able to immerse themselves in silence, inside and outside. 



A historic moment, we had the great opportunity to practice zazen in the new dojo under construction during the first day of the sesshin!
