The Zen Online program
The meditation sessions are organised in one of two ways :
- One period of zazen - 45 minutes
- Two periods : 30 minutes, 10 minutes kinhin - walking meditation, 25 minutes zazen followed by a ceremony. Which of these is used is not arranged in advance.
The autumn retreat begins Sunday morning and will consist of two parts : preparation (Sunday to Tuesday - 3 zazen per day), followed by the Sesshin (Thursday to Sunday - 4 zazen per day). You will find the zazen schedules on this page.
