Videos are available on the website, as well as on our YouTube channel VIDEO TUTORIALS with notably : kinhin - meditation while walking - how to breathe well - what to do with thoughts?
The Zen Online program
The meditation sessions are organised in one or two ways :
- One period of zazen - 45 minutes
- Two periods : 30 minutes, 10 minutes kinhin - walking meditation, 25 minutes zazen followed by a ceremony. Which of these is used is not arranged in advance.
All the cities dojos are closed during the lockdown and the temple is not able to welcome visitors, practicing morning and evening on Zen on line allows you to keep your bearings in your practice.
It is possible to ask Master Wang-Genh questions by email, which he will answer during the mondo - questions and answers - during the second part of zazen.
